Centner Academy’s Robotic Team, The Mighty Bees, Shines at South Florida Regional Tournament

Miami, FL – Centner Academy’s first-year Robotic Team, The Mighty Bees, made their mark at the South Florida Regional Tournament held on Saturday, February 25th, 2023. Out of 30 competing teams and a season with over 250 robotic teams, The Mighty Bees were recognized and awarded the prestigious Breakthrough Award, becoming one of 16 teams to receive a trophy at the tournament.

The Breakthrough Award celebrates a team that has demonstrated significant progress in their confidence and capability in both the Robot Game and Innovation Project while upholding excellent Core Values. The Mighty Bees have demonstrated that they understand that what they discover is more important than what they win, and they are a shining example of excellence in their field.
